At Devon & Cornwall Family Mediation, we specialise in bringing solutions for your family life beyond divorce or separation.
Mediation is often more affordable than going to court, with costs depending on the number and length of sessions.
You may be eligible for funding through Legal Aid, which can cover the cost of mediation if you meet the income and asset criteria.
Legal Aid may also cover the cost of your initial MIAM (Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting) and subsequent sessions.
Contact us to discuss costs and check if you qualify for funding to make mediation accessible for all.
A MIAM is essential to start the mediation process.
